Returns Policy
Because we know how frustrating needing to return an item you purchased already is, we are committed to making returns as easy and seamless as possible for all BOLD customers.
7-Days No Questions Asked Returns
Along with the 30-day hassle free return policy (more on that later), we have a 7-day no-questions asked return policy so even if the reason is simply that you changed your mind on the purchase, we will accept the return within 7-days for a full refund as long as the returned item is scanned by the post office before the 7 days since delivery of your package has passed.30-Days Hassle Free Returns
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To make it easier we will also send you a shipping label to print and pay the return shipping costs. Items that are open and have not been returned within 7 days may be returned if there was an error in the order from our end such as receiving the wrong item.
Refund
You should expect to receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving your returned item (you can track the package till it is received by us).
